Bought a license but the software won't register

I  bought a new lifetime license just now  and copy and pasted my email and transaction number into the registration form. But I keep getting an error message and a rejection.

How  do I fix this problem?

I tried again to register the program, and again I got an error message and rejection. I know I am entering the correct email, and I am copying and  pasting the the very complicated transaction code rather trying to enter it by hand. What to do next?

OPPS. It occurs to me that the reg problems might be my fault. This is the beginning of the  code I'm entering.

txn_01k etc etc etc. 

But when I deleted the first four charaacters and tried to enter the remaining portion  of the code. I got another error message: TOO MANY ATTEMPTS.

Would you do a reset for me? Thanks in advance.

Hi Charlie,
Really regret that you are having this problem. Can you send an email to support @T stockalyze.com mentioning the email-id and the activation code you are trying?

As per the record your transaction uses [email protected] as email-id. Are you using the same email-id?
