Can you incorporate webhook based alerts like we have in other systems . this was we can get the alerts in the system of our choice with no cost at your end.
We can insert the url of the webhook of the system in which we wish to get the alerts.
Nice suggestion. Something similar was suggested earlier too. We can work on it. But as of now I cannot commit on it as there are more important work in pipeline.
