Maybe this is already possible but I haven't realised it.
I like to use a specific combination of indicators with particular settings for all stocks I hold. When I need to consider a new stock I have to set up all the multiple indicators I use each time. It would be great to have the capacity to set up a personal default template or something similar.

Yes, Stockalyze does have this feature and we call it, you guessed it right, Templates. You can read about it in short help page of Templates (http://www.stockalyze.com/hlp/manual/topics/templates.html).
