If I buy a one month license, is possible convert (or get a discount) in to an full year licence (or perpetual) if I do this ultil seven days after I buy?
Because I would like to test advanced resources before buy.

I am sorry we don't have that setup. You can make up you mind by evaluating Lite Mode, it has all the features available for you to evaluate it. Please let me know if you face any problem.
