Sacha,
 I forgot to tell you about this.

Upon starting STOCKALYZE the following error message always appears.

 " Looks like there is something wrong with the registration key of this product. You can still use STOCKALYZE in Lite mode. To avail advanced features you should register it first."

Is your OS Windows 10? You will need to register again. It's a known issue that happens after Windows 10 update. Please register it again using same activation key, after that this problem will go away.
