BACKTESTING results don't load consistently. After 2 or or 3 tests the program comes up with zero results.

You can tell me the list of symbols and system you are using. I will try to see the problem myself.
Alternatively, you can demonstrate problem on your machine and I will connect using Chrome Remote Desktop.
