I sent another email about the pro version license. I just can't use it to load chart nor I can update. When I open it, I get 2012 version on pro while lite version shows 2014. Why do you do this type of business when I pay $50 and get 2012 version and I can't do anything.

Please help or guide me on how do I solve this issue.
