I'm using Windows 10. It's very possible it's my computer doing it, I just don't know how to troubleshoot it.

Hi Sacha.
This is very minor, but I thought I would let you know of it.

When I scan stocks and I have symbols that are missing, I get the window to add them by selecting what column the NAME is located in the csv file. When I select the column and click OK, the main window pops up, NOT the Stock Screener window. It's displayed, just in the background of the main screen.

As I said, minor issue.

I know it's something in my computer like a library that gets corrupted or something like that.

But, on occasion, even before this last update, if I try to change a chart template, or run a scan by importing stocks, that has unknown symbols, Stockalyze will stop working with the Windows 10 message indicating it has stopped working, with option to restart the program or close the program.

When I restart my computer Stockalyze runs fine with no problems.

Example:
After I downloaded and installed the update, I tried changing the Chart Template and Stockalyze crashed. Restarted my computer and everything was fine and still is after 24 hours running.

This is exactly what I wished for. Works like a charm.
The "Don't Ask Again" feature is a nice touch, but I'm happy with what you have developed.

Hi Sacha. I hope your are well.

I don't know how "Apply Templates" is intended to work. But, I would think that if I want to apply a certain "designed" template, you would only see the indicators defined in THAT template.

That's not the case in my attempts and creating multiple chart templates. There are times when I want to see MACD and RSI and other times I'm looking for AROON, RSI and STOCH. I have two different templates designed for them.

When I apply the wanted template, the newly selected template appends itself to the current template, thus I end up with multiple indicators of the same. (i.e. two RSI indicators, if both templates have them)

So I currently have to Remove all indicators and then apply the template.

Could you either let me chose whether I want to append, or simply remove all indicators and apply the template when I select "Apply Templates".

Hi Sacha.
I just had a thought. I know that data for a portfolio is kept in an XML file. Is it possible to import Symbols into a portfolio? If I build a portfolio for and industry for example. I have a csv file of symbols and prices. Is this possible?

Hi Sacha.

I haven't communicated with you in a while.
That's because your program has been awesome and I have had  no problems with it and I have it set up just the way I like for my portfolios and backtesting.

But, I have noticed lately, that when running a scan of stocks and I switch to another application (mostly Office Excel 365), the scan will "pause" after a varied number of tickers. And if I activate the results window, it will proceed and continue where it left off.

I can't say if any of the recent upgrades has brought this on or it's been there all along. Just that recently I have been using other Applications while Stockalyze is scanning.

Whew. Finally relief. I am very happy to see you back.

I have had to resort to manually filtering my stock along with replacing my computer.

Since the change of computers, I have lost the registered copy of Stockalyze. I will gladly purchase another copy if needed.

Welcome back. I have certainly missed you.
