I am waiting since end of February on a simple answer!
Why are you not responding ?
Answers like we can not solve the problem of it will take time are also answers!

I bought the license and I know there are somtimes problems, I took that so far.
However we are no living in very volatile times, I need answers!

I did what you asked me to do, it did not solve the problem.

When I had Stockalyze installed again (your point 3 above) , I looked in my portfolio and watchlist if I could add e.g MSFT or AMZN. This was without any result. I see a lot of tickers but not the 2 I wanted to add.

Next I  closed Stockalyze added the user_index again. I tried again to add the 2 above mentioned tickers again with no result.

I have the idea that something has happend with the complete list of tickers of the  US and the Netherlands after I added new tickers to these lists.

Sacha, if other users have no problems and you have the opinion that adding new tickers to an index is working well. I am  willing to a clean install and do my input again if it is too difficult to solve the problem. For me it is okay that you want to solve it bit by bit i

In case you have the preference for a clean install please advise, which folders I have to delete and please adjust the counter for licenses.

Of course I did install the new update. I had also checked and have the build 2025-02-25.

With all the hassle to get it right, I realised that, when I was doing the input for my portfolio after your update for the Yahoo download, I could see all tickers in the Netherlands and also in the USA. I was unable to finish my portfolio in one go. So the next time when I wanted to continue I missed the tickers.

With that said, for European stock exchanges like Germany and France every thing is still okay. For the USA and the Netherlands it is not. I think now looking back in hinsight there is a correlation with adding symbols. For both USA and the Netherlands I added new tickers. It were the tickers you can see yahoo data download file I sent you a couple of days ago. These countries are also not showing  a complete list of tickers.

I hope that this will help you to solve the problems

I updated Stockalyze with the update button. Unfortunatly nothing changed. Ihave still al the same problems.
Should I have removed files from my system ? Are should I have done things different ?

Downloading the prices is okay for the existing tickers.
If I look at the Amsterdam exchange I do not see other tickers like for instance ASML.AS

For the US I have for instance ANET, CAT PH, TSM they all show the current prices fine.
However if I want to add new shares e.g MSFT, AMAzon etc the tickers are not present in the selection?

Unfortunately I have still the same problems. I can not add for instance AMZN, MSFT etc see original!
I add a screenprint from all the tickers currently available for the Amsterdam stock exc change.

It seems that Yahoo download is again failing at least at my computer. I wanted to download MSFT, AMD and AMZN in a watchlist. But none of the tickers are showing up.

Another problem is that for my Dutch stocks for instance AD.AS the tickers are also disappeared. I see if I want to select a ticker only tickers I made for ETF-funds. I added these tickers to the Amsterdam stock exchange list.
But it seems that with doing that the normal list is erased.


FYI I downloaded the last version again and installed it again on my computer, registerd the key again but with no changes. Please advise what is going wrong.

Though I use Stockalyze only on 1 laptop , by changing laptops in the past and the new installation today, I have
 already used 4 keys.

Sacha, please advise what I can change or have to do or is the programm broken some how?

I installed the new Stockalyze software, afte uninstalling the previous version. I deleted also all not uninstalled parts of the program in Users\Appdata with regard to Stockalyze. So I had a real clean installation

I started to iput my transactions and got the error message "Please provide valid quantity".
If I give an input of 1 in the box it changes to 1,0000. With every number I tried it is the same.
4 digits are added to the whole number.

Sacha, please look at this bug.

I have already since 23-5-2024 no Yahoo downloads. My whole portfolio gets the quotes from Yahoo. For me it is a lot of work to change to another provider. Please do you have any idea when you got the problem solved?

It would be great if the composite indicator has the same base formatting as the underlying indicators.
Iam an old man:), who likes modest colors and I reformat in general the most indicators.
Sacha it would be a nice to have, but I can imagine that you have more important things for the next updates.

I was using the composite indicator, it is a great help but it has some limitations or I did not use it in the right way.

1) I had made a composite indicator of 3 SMA lines (5-50-100) I had formatted the SMA 5 as dotted, SMA 50 as long dash and the SMA 100 as a solid line, all lines in blue. The composite indicator has all solid lines and different colors. How can I get the formatting as in the chart where I made the composite indicator?
2) I noticed that I can not change the composite indicator or did I something wrong?
3) Is it possible to delete a composite indicator ?
