I don't think Yahoo or Alphavantage supports stocks from Tokyo Stock Exchange.
But if you can supply data in ASCII or MetaStock format then Stockalyze can be used with them.

Sorry, Windows XP is no longer supporter. It is too old an OS and very few people use it. So, we cannot spend effort in making Stockalyze run on Windows XP. I hope you understand.

Built-in data provider Alphavantage can be used. Also, Stockalyze supports ASCII (i.e. text files) and Metastock formats too. So, if you have data on your system in ASCII or metastock formats then they too can be used.

Stockalyze used to have Google Finance as one of the data provider but google finance had stopped data download long back. You cannot even download data from google finance manually. So, Stockalyze too cannot have it.

It's a nice suggestion. We can think about it. But to be honest, as of now lots of improvements are in pipeline.

We may think of adding it in future.

Can you try using that alphavantage key on their website and test it to see if it works there? If it works on their website then it should work for Stockalyze too. In case it doesn't then please let me know.

Trading systems only know about conditions based on indicators. They are aloof about kind of trading.

First of all sorry for late response.

To program Stop Gain you can use "Stop at target" field of Backtest Trading Systems dialog. For moving stop loss you can either use "Stop drawdown" or set the sell signal using appropriate indicator.

Chart time is always converted to local so you don't have to do anything.

Stockalyze saves all data that was added by users in an appropriate file in location "%appdata%\Lunetek Software\Stockalyze".
*.lyzdb files are for caching price history.

This is very sad and we regret it.
Stockalyze saves portfolio and watchlist to the disk on close, which may not have worked for you if Stockalyze closed unexpectedly.

But, I take your suggestion, I will add a Save button too to ensure it gets saved if you want to be sure. A hot fix update will soon be coming.

You are right, you need to have 1 file per symbol. You can convert your data into the format Stockalyze needs and then it will be all good.
