I had missed the symbol erasing problem you mentioned.
So, the missing ticker is the remaining problem and price data download is working fine. Is that right?

Can you please send me the content of "%appdata%\Lunetek Software\Stockalyze\yahoo_data_download\user_index"?
It will help me see the problem locally.

I checked and it is working for me. Can you confirm what Build date is shown when you go to Help->About menu?
If it is not 2025-02-21 then you still need to update the Stockalyze. If it is already updated then let me know which country and what stock symbol you are trying. I will try myself. In any case your issue will be resolved, please let me know the details.

Had you uninstalled the older version before installing the new one?
If not then please uninstall again and then install.
Which Windows version are you on, Windows 10 or 11?

Since you didn't check the "Data contains column for stock exchange" the pull down menu shows the possible exchange name for the selected Country and the Data provider.

For the Yahoo data provider you don't need to put any key and there is no place to do that. What do you mean you put the key in?

Hi Stockalyzers,
We are sorry that the Yahoo downloader of Stockalyze was broken for a long time.

But the good news is that the problem is now fixed.

We have integrated yfinance to download price history from Yahoo.
It is important to uninstall the previous version of Stockalyze and then only install the new one.

Please report about any problem you may encounter.

We wish you happy Stockalyzing experience as before.
