Hi Tony,
I regret that you experienced a problem and thanks a lot for isolating it and reporting it in clear language. I much appreciate it.
It helped me fix the problem and I have updated the installer. You can download the installer and run it, you don't need to uninstall existing Stockalyze.
The fix is that in case of insufficient data the zone is left empty. I think it is good enough for such cases? In case you think other behavior can be more appropriate than please let me know.

Which particular stock you are referring to? I will give it a try to see what problem you are mentioning.
Please be informed that Stockalyze (by default) uses slightly different box size calculation which increases gradually rather than abruptly and so number of Os and Xs in columns might be different than traditional Point and Figure charting.

I tried it myself and I also saw single quote. The problem is that all price fields (open, high, low, and close) are same and because of that the candle is not well formed. I have now made a change in Stockalyze to show a small dash in such case. You can try with latest Stockalyze. If you change the chart style to Line or something else then also you can see the complete chart.

I didn't get your question. Do you want to use Metastock data in Stockalyze? You can change the data format in Stockalyze, just go to Data->Change Database... and change the format to Metastock.

Yes it is possible. Just hover the mouse at bottom of the zone you want to extend and when the cursor become double headed arrow, click and drag to adjust the zone height.

That's fine if Remote Desktop is not possible.
Would it be possible for you to share the dump file with me?
   When Stockalyze is not responding, in task manager you can right-click on stockalyze.exe and select 'Create dump file'. You can refer to the attachment. Please do this after you install the private build I had shared.
This will help me solve the problem. I hope it will be possible for you to do.

I have fixed the issue of tiny tool buttons on HD screen.  Can you please download and run https://stockalyze.com/download/private/stockalyze_setup.exe ?
It's not official release yet but equivalent. You don't need to uninstall, just run the new installer.

Regarding issue of use of proxy, I want to see this issue myself. It will give me better idea about what exactly is the problem. As I said Stockalyze has mechanism in place to detect proxy settings and use that automatically. Since it is not working in your case I would like to have a look. Can we work together? Remotely of course, we can use Google Chrome Remote Desktop and I will be able to see the issue and get some information regarding proxy setting so that I can fix it.

Hi Tony,
Can you please download from https://stockalyze.com/download/private/stockalyze_setup.exe and install? You don't need to uninstall the existing Stockalyze, just download and run the installer. It is not an "official" release yet and so it is not published but it is equivalent to released Stockalyze functionality wise. You will be able to register it even when Stockalyze is already in Pro-Mode.

Thank you for purchasing Stockalyze and I am glad you are liking it.
Registering already registered Stockalyze wasn't valid, you could wait for registration to expire. But I understand this is annoying and so I am fixing it right away. You will soon receive an updated private build that will allow you to register even before it expires.
