Thank you for choosing Stockalyze. I am glad that you found it easy to use. This is one of the design principles of Stockalyze to keep things simple. A lots of thought and effort have gone in making things simple.

Regarding your question about email notification; sorry it is not part of the program. Alerts are evaluated on your system only and that too when Stockalyze is running so email notification become unnecessary.
One improvement plan we have is to evaluate alert even when Stockalyze is not running and show alerts as system notifications. Assuming that is implemented will that something you would like?

I tried creating it and I think this is what you wanted. You will actually have to add multiple conditions for the case of RSI consistently above 70 for at least 5 days. From your description it looked like you wanted to create system for short-sell and so I have defined signals for short and cover only.
Please refer to attached images and let me know if this is what you wanted.

Both these enhancements you had asked for are now part of new Stockalyze that we have very recently released. I wish this could have been released earlier. Now we have moved to version free Stockalyze where we will be releasing frequently and I hope long wait will be the things of the past.

Which data you want to export? If you want to export chart as image, or report of Stock Idea Finder, or Back Testing then sure you can.

Charts with yearly and more data range use weekly periodicity by default and weeks are labelled with the first day of the week and so I guess you might thought it takes only that day. While in reality open/high/low/close/volume are computed for the entire week. You can confirm this by going to Quote editor. Please confirm this is indeed the case.

Yes it's true that Stockalyze has good deal of support for indicator graphics customization. I do feel we need more enhanced help documents and demo videos.
BTW, I hope you might also have discovered that you can create indicator of indicator. And that too by drag and drop. If you haven't then please give it a try. :)

Stockalyze seamlessly updates data when it is accessed. Creating chart is not the only way but any thing that needs data usage triggers an update. If you open portfolio then also data is updated. For better experience data is updated lazily in most case. For example if you open portfolio then existing data is used to show portfolio value but it also triggers data update in background. When new data is received then portfolio is updated. When you create chart then data is first updated then chart is shown. So, you can say creating chart ensures data is updated for sure because lazy way for updating may take some unknown amount of time. But in reality that is not the case and they should be updated pretty quickly.

You can add missing stock symbol on your own. Stockalyze allows adding and removing symbols. Please read https://stockalyze.com/hlp/manual/topics/managing-symbols.html#adding_security. It will hardly take a minute to add symbols on your own. Please let me know if you face any problem.
