Sorry to know that you are having problem in buying the license.

Can you please tell me what exact problem you are getting? I tried myself to see if there is a problem and I see the Paypal method is there and you can click on that to pay using paypal or credit card.

If you can post a screenshot or give details of the error you are getting we can forward the information to 2checkout.com who handles our payment service.

Hi Javir,
You can get the 1 hour timeframe charts in the LITE version as well, just that you can create only one such chart. To create more intraday charts you need license for Stockalyze Pro.

To create intraday chart you need to chose the adequate data provider, unfortunately not all data providers support all markets. So, you need to see which one suits your need. See the video of Intraday Chart here: https://stockalyze.com/technical-analysis-demonstration.html for an example about how to setup data provider. You may need to try other data providers depending on the market you are interested in.

Hi Hubb,
Sorry for the late reply, holiday shutdown was going on and so the delay.

You can simply continue to use your old email-id for the purpose of registering Stockalyze. The email-id while registering is only to check if it matches with the one that was used to purchase the license. It has no other use. Regarding the number of installations, you might have installed on a machine and not uninstalled it. But anyways, if you need more license then just ask for it, available count can be increased on demand.

I have since many years Stockalyze and I have to change my e-mail address from zXXXX@ziggo.nl to XXXX@gmail.com
How can I change the email addres ? In the register area I do not have the possibility to change the address. If You leave that register box it says that I have use 3 installations, but I have the program only on 1 PC.

News and Updates / A new update is released

A new update of Stockalyze is released.

In this release many bug fixes and improvements have been made.
Stockalyze now has support for backtesting of short selling positions too.

Going forward it is expected that more frequent updates of Stockalyze will be released.
If you want some new feature or an improvement then please contact us and suggest.

We regret that you are facing problem while purchasing Stockalyze. Can you elaborate a little on what exactly is the failure? The purchase gateway of Stockalyze is handled by 2checkout.com and we can report to them about the problem you faced. You can try again and report the problem to us.
