This is certainly possible. But with a minor tweak. In Stockalyze condition definitions, I have intentionally not allowed the equality condition because equality of price is very flaky thing, but you can certainly test for greater or less operations. Having said that, I tried to explain how to setup what you want. Please have a look at attached image.
