Sorry for the problem you faced. Few more customers had reported this problem and the issue has been escalated to 2checkout (our payment gateway). I hope to get it resolved soon.
Did you try Paypal method to make a purchase?

This sounds strange but not to worry, we can find the problem together. How about you show me the problem when it happens? We can use Google Remote Desktop to collaborate together and you show me the problem and I will investigate on your computer itself. If you agree then please install Google Remote Desktop and let me know the exact date and time when you can show me the problem. Let me know if it is possible.

I am sure you can buy using Paypal. This is true even when you don't have Paypal account and you don't need to create an account in Paypal. If you have Paypal account then also you can use it. Please select Paypal option when you purchase and let me know if you face any problem.

Hi Keith,
That is how templates behave. They are primarily a way to add many indicators, mostly your frequent favorite ones, to the chart in one go. As you can add same indicators to the chart again and again you are able to apply the same template again and again.

I guess you meant "Chart->Refresh" menu item.
Can you please tell me which stock and which data provider? If you can check that the chosen data provider, e.g. Yahoo, shows the updated data on their website then it will be great?

What exact error are you getting? I can see other people were able to purchase and so it should work for you too.
Payment for Stockalyze is handled by 2checkout and it supports paypal as well. I am sure you can pay using paypal as well. Please give it a try again and let me know if you face any issue.

You just download and install on the other computer. If you had bought pro license then use the same activation key to register for the Pro mode.

For EoD you must refresh the chart to update the price history. Please confirm that you see price history not getting updated even after you select Chart->Refresh menu-item.

Thanks for reporting this. There is a history of this problem as some more have reported it. I could never see this problem myself but now I will dig deeper and resolve this.

Hi Charlie,
In back testing, short selling is not yet supported. I am hopeful that this feature will be available soon.
Regarding TRIX system, I see there is a problem with it's definition. Instead of EMA(9) it should be EMA(9)[TRIX], basically cross over of TRIX with its EMA should be used. I will fix this and update soon.

Let me put your request in my own words, to confirm I understand you correctly.
When started, Stockalyze should create the same charts which were on the screen before the program was closed last time.
Is my understanding correct?
