What exact help you need. For starter you can have a look at out lightening videos, demo videos, and help manual.
I will be happy to help, just let me know what you want to achieve.

Thanks,

It is working fine for me. Please give me exact detail about which stock and which data provider.
Will look into it asap. There appears to be a real problem somewhere as another user too has reported it.

Thanks for this screenshot.
I have seen this before but the downloaded data doesn't contain new update. Can you please click on that Download button and see if the downloaded files also contain the latest data?

Thanks,

Sorry for super late reply. I wasn't keeping up well and so the delay.

I have received many payments using paypal and also from Brazil so I know it works.
Can you please try to video the attempt, I can send that our payment portal provider (2checkout) to let them know sometimes paypal cannot be used. If video is too much you can send me key screenshots to explain what exact problem is there.

Thanks,
Sacha

Hi Sostenes,
Sorry for super late reply. I wasn't keeping up well and so the delay.
I din't watch the video but from what you have written I can tell you it can be done in Stockalyze.
Stockalyze allows to compare the indicator value of 2 different ticks. You can see the attached images to know how it can be done. Please let me know if you need any more help.

Thanks,

General Discussion / Re: Import Symbols
March 19, 2020, 02:41:06 AM
Sure. Can you post your list of symbols here, at-least first 10 lines? I want to see the format.

But if you tried importing the symbols from backtesting then you might have gotten an error dialog listing all the symbols that failed importing. You have to click on "Add these symbols provisionally". And then those symbols will get added provisionally meaning that if you use them for scanning/backtesting/creating chart then they will get added permanently.

Please try it if you need help please let me know.

Yes, you can use paypal too. I know few payments are made from Brazil using Paypal.
Can you please try again? There might be some temporary issue.

Hi Ashok.
Do you see updated historical price on Yahoo?
Stockalyze just fetches the data and shows that in the chart. It is highly likely that data is not updated in the data provider. You can try to create chart of other stocks and also of stocks from other countries to see if they are updated. Please let me know what you find.

Thanks,
Sacha

Thanks for suggestion.

Backtest report already shows win ratio and comparision with buy&hold strategy. Annualized return calculation is tricky. Is it something that adds lots of value in backtest report for you? I am trying to understand how much is the need of this.

I have also received your another feedback regarding the same suggestion. :)

Sacha

QuoteI have been using your system for a few years now.
It have improved ALOT in the last while...
- Intra day charts
- Updates during day work OK now!

Thank you. :) I am glad you are liking it.

QuoteHOWEVER, just a few things would make it alot more useful.
- draw a trend line on a chart to measure a from a high, to a low (for example)
-- bar count
-- price difference

Nice suggestions. I will try to add them to chart annotations.

QuoteCOPY and PASTE a trend line
- in the example above
-- I use the Two Way Arrow too to measure a from a low to a high
--- then I drag this line to make an estimate of where the market will be in price and time in the future

- if I could use copy/paste, its ALOT bettern, cause then I have the original line also
-- right now I have to draw it twice.

You can try using parallel lines for this purpose. Please let me know if it is what you were trying to do.

General Discussion / Re: 1 month chart
February 26, 2020, 04:12:16 PM
I guess you want to create a chart of Daily periodicity and only want to see about a month of data on chart. If that is so then 1 month data is too small to cover the whole chart "nicely". But still you can certainly create that in Stockalyze. See the attached image AEX.png when I have created a 3 month EoD chart (notice the selected tool button with text 3M). With this chart you can zoom in enough to only show 1 month of data.

In case you want to create chart with monthly periodicity then create an EoD chart and hit Ctrl+M. Alternatively, you can select Chart->Periodicity->Monthly to change periodicity to Monthly.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.
