Thanks for your suggestion, and I think you can achieve what you are looking for in the current version of Stockalyze itself.
For stock scanning and backtesting, there already exists a feature to use stocks from a portfolio, or a watchlist, or import a list of stock symbols present in a text file. For detail you can watch this video: https://youtu.be/5cIvkPF0MFk?t=138. The link will start from the relevant part of the video that shows how you can use stock lists from a text file. If you want you can watch the video from the start too.
