In my stockalyze its showing same wrong data. Many candles are showing wrong data .

Check 1st Jan 2026 long candle . 29th april OHLC data of ITC  ....all its wrong data in stockalyze but correct in yahoo finance , TV, and all other platforms

May be the python library that is used to fetch the data is enriching wrong data. I checked across Log and percentage and all other formats .Mostly all presenting wrong info in stockalyze .






I checked in motivewave desktop app now which also fetches from Yahoo finance API. Motive wave is showing correct data.


Please please have a look at this .

27th may data is showing correct in yahoo finance website and showing wrong data in APi fetched quotes. [screenshot in link]

API fetched quotes are showing wrong data overall in many dates for ITC...Yes Stockalyze cannot do anything about it ...It was a general query. Because this can result in wrong backtesting data and wrong trades.

Stockalyze uses data as is from the data provider. If the chosen data provider doesn't have the data Stockalyze cannot do anything about it. I just checked Yahoo finance also doesn't show the candle for 27 May. See the attached image.

I m seeing lot of disparity in Quote date that is getting populated in stockalyze from yahoo finance and other platforms.

Even yahoo finance website is showing correct data

Even Yahoo finance Website is presenting correct candlestick data but the API is populating wrong quote data.


I checked with ITC - NSE on 25th to 27th May 2026

What can be decent solution for this.

The recent update now has this change as well where the Fibonacci retracement in Stockalyze work in the same way as other tools.
