Bollinger Bands

The purpose of Bollinger Bands is to give relative definition of high and low of stock price.

INTERPRETATION:

• Buy/sell when price touches lower-band/upper-band and close the position when price crosses the center line.
• Buy/sell when price breakout above/below upper-band/lower-band and exit when price crosses the center line.
